From London to Jamaica and everywhere in between: iPhone/digital/film/alternative processes & mind bombs. Re-blogging is cool. And crediting my personal work is hot. I thank you in advance.

*My own personal photography/poetry etc is clearly identified. However, if you come across anything on my blog where a photographer/artist is not clearly credited, please help me identify who they are. Credit should be given where credit is due*

Dan Eldon/Reuters

July 11, 1993

Dan photographs female U.S. soldiers strolling down a Mogadishu beach with their weapons.

July 12, 1993

Dan & three of his colleagues: Hos Maina, Anthony Macharia, Hansi Krauss, raced across Mogadishu to cover the bombing of what was thought to be General Aideed’s headquarters. In the ensuing confusion, all four young men were beaten, clubbed & stoned to death by an angry mob furious about the death of over 50 of their friends, fathers & brothers at the hands of U.S. & U.N. soldiers.
